Big Lots Honors Armed Forces Day

Saturday May 19, 2012 we can all celebrate Armed Forces Day by visiting your local Big Lots.

Armed Forces Day was created by Secretary of Defense Louis Johnson on August 31, 1949 to help unite all armed service departments that serve our country.

Also on Saturday May 19, 2012 Big Lots will be honoring Armed Forces Day by giving all military members a 10% discount on an entire purchase at the time the military member cashes out.  

All military members will have to do to qualify for the 10% discount is to have their valid military Identification and show it to the cashier when checking out.

Big Lots has two locations in Mobile one in Tillmans Corner and the other on Airport Boulevard.
