Bolliarsko -great producer of potatoes and cucumbers

The village have great traditions in produce of vegetables. The people with hard labour work their land. They are communicative and visit  a library and a bar. They also produce flowers and milk.This is the village with many cats and ine-cream. Ice-cream in Yambol is very famous. The church is Evangelikal and Ortodox.
