Melissa Dennison Nabs 2nd DUI in Same Spot-- 4 Months Later

For 23-year-old Melissa Dennison, lightning does strike twice.  Melissa Dennison somehow managed to be arrested for her second DUI in four months--in the exact same place.

Police from Truckee, California, say Melissa Dennison crashed her car just after noon on Glenshire Boulevard and was extremely intoxicated.  With a blood alcohol level measured at .346, Dennison had trouble walking.  But she was still shy of her last arrest level: .380.

The legal blood alcohol level is .08.

If convicted, Melissa Dennison faces up to 10 years in prison and $2,000 in fines.

Dennison appears to be a former professional snowboarder, competing in the late nineties as a teen.
