Strike for fuel prices interrupts wedding

CPM ‘s call for strike due to hike in fuel prices suspend the wedding of  30 year old woman. Her plan of wedding went in vain due to two days strike in Kolkata.

All flights for Kolkata were cancelled due to strike. The groom stuck to Delhi while her cousins grounded in Mumbai. Bride’s best friends are waiting in Chennai for Kolkata bound flight.

Bride waited anxiously.

Two days strike, Thursday called by CPM and Friday called by Trinomool put people into inconvenience. However, the marriage shifted on Saturday.
