All the representatives of these organizations appeal to the public at large for complete Bandh on that date to make the Govt. realise that it cannot sleep over the burning issue any further. Prof. Bhim Singh has also appealed to all these bodies fighting for public cause to take up the cause of the people particularly, the youth forcing the present corrupt and inefficient government to withdraw the SRO relating to half salary provision for the new recruits in the government services. He said that similar SRO was quashed by a High Court Bench headed by Chief Justice, Bahuddin Farooqui in 1981 on a petition filed by him (Bhim Singh) in the High Court.
