Beware, if you are a public smoker in India.....

 A bad news for cigarettes smokers in India. Government of India has decided to ban smoking in public places from 2nd october, Gandhi jayanthi.Now you can't smoke in public places like restuarants,offices, public gatherings etc.

Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Anbumani Ramadoss said on Tuesday that institutions will also be fined if any employee is caught smoking in their premises He said that the Goverment wanted to increase the fine up to RS 1,000 for individuals in future.

I think that the idea behind this ban is to discourage smoking by making it more inconvienent and to stop hrmful smoke being present in public places.
