Boat capsized in Sumbal Kashmir,One dies

Srinagar, February 10 (Scoop News) –Today a boat which was ferrying people from Batwani to Wangipora, Sumbal over river Jehlum capsized.

Police said that Six persons sailing in the boat fell in the water. Five persons were rescued; however, one Tariq Ahmad Bhat son of Muhammad Maqbool Bhat resident of Batwina was drowned. The body of deceased was fished out and handed over to his relatives for last rites.
