Dr. Samoon resumes duties as Kashmir Chief

  Srinagar, October 17 (Scoop News) -   Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon, IAS resumed duties as Divisional Commissioner Kashmir today after attending two-month compulsory mid-term training programme at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy at Mussorriee. During his training he also visited Canada for over sees training.

Immediately after resuming his duties he attended to various public delegations and gave instructions for redressal of their issues.

 He also took stock of the arrangements made for Hajjis and gave directions to Traffic authorities to ensure smooth movement of traffic on Bye pass especially near Hajj House Bemina, so that Hajj pilgrims do not face diffciculties.

He applealed to the attendants of the Hajjis not to park their vehicles wrongly at Hajj House, as it creates difficulties for the pilgrims as well as for the patients visiting SKIMS Medical College, JVC Bemina.
