Eight Hours Long Search Operation

‘Two electricity towers of WAPDA near Tarbila Badaber Peshawar are destroyed with explosives by miscreants during the night between Thursday and Friday, Tarbila Dam electricity generators are disconnected now from Muhammadi Grid station of Peshawar, a police constable is killed and two other police men are injured in attack from militants on Matani police station of Peshawar on Friday’ WAPDA sources have said.

‘At 1:am during the night after a huge explosion electric supply was stopped to Paracha Town Kohat, electricity was restored for half an hour at 11:45 am on Friday,’ residents have said.

Seventy miscreants including two proclaimed offenders are arrested during eight hours search operation of Kohat police on Thursday, huge cache of arms and narcotics are recovered from their custody. According to press release issued by PRO Kohat police, police commandos, FC, Riders, and anti terrorist squad men and officers in eight hours long search operation from Ublan, Bazid Khel, Dhoda, Togh , Kharmato and Shakardara areas of Kohat, have arrested 70 criminals including two proclaimed offenders Rehman Gul resident of Shakardara and Samar Gul resident of Bazid Khel. Four Klashinkoves, 2 Kalakoves, five rifles, 7 guns, 10 pistols, 277 cartridges, 7000 gram cannabis, 500 flour bags and 40 motor cycles are confiscated by police from their custody.

According to press release issued by PRO Kohat police, Inspector Ishaq Gul is transferred to Hangu and sub inspector Razi Gul is posted as new incharge of Rescue 15 police Kohat.
