Girl injured in an explosion in Karnah,Kashmir
Srinagar, December 02 (Scoop News) – A girl Masrat Fatima daughter of Nazir Hussain, resident of Pingla Hari Dal while collecting firewood at Pingla near Nallah Qazinag,Karnah, Kupwara, came in contact with some explosive device which exploded, resulting in injuries in her right hand.
The injured girl was shifted to SDH Tangdar where from she was referred to Bone and Joint hospital,
2 injured in road mishaps
Two persons were injured in two different road accidents in
A Tipper bearing registration number JK13-4256 hit and injured a girl Zaiba daughter of Ghulam Mohammad Gojri resident of Shalnag, Khrew at Shar Shali, Khrew, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Pampore. The injured was hospitalized. The driver of the vehicle was arrested and the vehicle was seized by the police. Police has registered a case in this regard.
An unknown Tata Mobile hit and injured Ghulam Rasool Khan son of Saif-u-Din resident of Kukroosa at Baripora Check post, falling under the jurisdiction of Police Station Handwara. The injured was hospitalized. The driver alongwith vehicle fled away from the spot. Police has registered a case in this regard.
Fire broke out in the residential house of Aga Syed Mohsin Al Safvi Al Moosvi Al Rizvi son of Aga Mustafa resident of Budgam. The house was partially damaged in the incident. Fire was brought under control with the help of Fire tenders, Police and locals. However, two Police personnel Prince Kalim No. 806/Sec and Irshad Ahmad No. 856/IR 9th Bn deployed with escort of Aga Syed Ruhullah residing in the house sustained minor injuries while extinguishing the fire. Both the injured were hospitalized. The cause of the fire is being ascertained.
Fire broke out in the Faisal market Kupwara, due to which one garment shop was damaged. Fire was brought under control. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident. The cause of fire is being ascertained.
