Jade Goody dies (Breaking News)

The publicist for Jade Goody max Clifford announced that Jade Goody died in her sleep in the early hours on Sunday at an age of 27. She was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August 2008 which has claimed her life. She is survived by two sons Freddy and Bobby besides husband Jack Tweed whom she married days before her death.

Starting her career as a dental nurse, she shot into fame as a Big Brother contestant in 2002. She became one of the most hated-loved-persons in Britain from humble beginnings in a small house in Southeast London. Her outbursts in the Indian version of Big Brother entitled Big Boss resulted in the undue publicity of Shilpa Shetty who derived the maximum mileage out of it.

Her mother raised her as a single parent when her father left them when she was just two years old. She openly spoke about her troubled childhood and it is her poverty-ridden early days had driven her to secure the maximum monetary security to her sons who were consequent to her relationship with television presenter Jeff Brazier.
