Mysterious death of a girl in Kunzar,Kashmir

 Srinagar, October 5 (Scoop News) -    Latief Ahmad Khan son of Habibullah resident of Hayatpora, Kunzar reported to Kunzar police that his daughter Amina who was at her uncle’s house at Hayatpora, has been murdered by strangulation, besides, some gold ornaments, cash and mobile phone were also stolen from the house. Police has registered a case in this regard and investigation has been set into motion.

Girl drowns in Jehlum

A girl namely, Sabreena daughter of Ghulam Mohammad Najar resident of Buchwara, Dalgate at present Malik Angan, Fateh Kadal jumped into the river Jehlum near footbridge, Fateh Kadal. River police was pressed into service to retrieve the body of the girl. The body of the girl was fished out today.

The body was handed over to her legal heirs for last rites after completion of all the legal formalities.
