NGEUID seeks early redressal of their genuine problems



Srinagar, April 09 (Scoop News) -  Non-Gazetted Employees Union of Information Department, Kashmir (NGEUID) today met under the chairmanship of President,  Showkat Ahmad Khan and discussed various issues of the employees.


The meeting deliberated many issues including promotion prospects of employees, filling up of vacant posts and grant of incentives for attending office on Sundays, holidays, and in late hours.
Meanwhile the members also decided meet the Head of the Department before meeting to Chief Minister.
It was decided, that Union members will meet the Chief Minister and Finance Minister for resolving the issue of incentive and filling up of vacant posts.
Appreciating endeavours of the Director Information, Khawaja Farooq Renzushah, for the welfare of the employees of the department, members hoped for same in future also.


Later, the members also met the Joint Director Information, Kashmir Division, Mr, Itrat Hussain Rafiqui, who heard the demands and problems of the members patiently and assured them that their genuine problems will be redressed in a phased manner.


President appealed all employees of the department including working in Direction Office to maintain unity to safe guard their interests.
