PSIA holds free training for teachers
The Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) has successfully held the recent graduation rites of the participants of its annual PSIA Expanded Learning on IT Services (ELITES) Teacher Training (Summer Program) at the Technology Center of the Far Eastern University - East Asia College in Manila.
During the two-week course, select faculty members of the Philippine Society of IT Educators (PSITE) were given free training on Agile Software Development with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server.
The teacher-trainees who participated in ELITES came from the following schools: AMA Computer Learning Center, AMA University, Asia Pacific College, Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Don Bosco Mandaluyong, FEU-East Asia College, FEU-Makati, Informatics, King's College of the Philippines, Manila Central University, Our Lady of Fatima University, San Beda College, St. Louis University and St. Paul University - Quezon City.
