Was It A Copyright Movie?

Singh is King movie starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif is doing record break and is at top on all charts.The opening collection is very good.But now one problem has came.One person claimed that this movie story is taken from one of his published book.
Amit Khan claimed that early in 1996 he wrote the book "Boss".And after 3 years he wrote another part of this book.And he gave one copy to Akshay Kumar at Sahara Airport during his shooting of movie Dhadkan.Amit Khan have filed complained to Film Rights Association and they said they are going to see in this matter.
Amit Khan claimed 5 crores rupees from Aneez Bazmi te director of movie and Credit from the movie.
