Anti-terror court declares Maulana Fazalullah the proclaimed offender

Swat, NW Pakistan: The judge of anti terror court at Swat valley of North Western Pakistan, Mr. Khalil Khan Khalil,  has declared Maulana Fazalullah and his six aides proclaimed offender and ordered them to appear in a local court or police station within a week otherwise action will be taken against them.

There have been more than 100 cases of murder and attempt to murder had been lodged against them, according to sources.

Maulana Fazalullah, the head of outlawed Tehrik-e-Taliban,  is currently hiding at some unknown location; moreover, the courts in Swat have started functioning with the improvement in law and order situation.
