All parties opposed transfer of EDO Education out of Chitral.

CHITRAL: An important meeting of all parties representatives and leaders were held in a local hotel under the chair of Saeed Ahmad Khan former MPA and veteran politician. The meeting was attended by representatives of all political and religious parties of Chitral. The stake holders discussed and analyzed impact after separation of teaching and management cadre in education department as well as reform activities in Chitral after implementing of this new system. All of the participants highly hailed this bold step of ANP government in Khyber Pahtonkhwa and termed it a education friendly policy. They also appreciated bold steps taken by present Executive District Officer primary and Elementary education Chitral Siraj Muhammad Khan by brining positive changes in schools as well as assuring cent percent attendance of teachers. They paid rich tribute to Siraj Muhammad Khan because after assuming charge of EDO more reforms were occurred in education and people on first time expressed their trust on government schools. All parties conference in an unanimously resolution demanded from provincial government for restoration of this system and keep separate Management and Teaching Cadres from each other for long term reform in education system as well as imparting quality and standard education to our children. They also demanded for posting of present EDO Siraj Muhammad Khan at Chitral at least for four years. Earlier that former Tehsil Nazim Sartaj Ahmad Khan supported the present system of management and termed it that if the ANP led government cancelled their aim and re-merged it in old system they will lost their credibility definitely. And it will be bad luck of education system as well of our nation. At present our education standard is of low quality Sartaj Ahmad khan said because a MBA passed candidate cannot preferring to be recruit as junior clerk. He also hailed Peoples Primary Health Initiative (PPHI) for rendering quality service to public as well as providing free medicines. The participants decided that they will be kicked an campaign to support this system and to convince the provincial government to be stand by on their decision and keep separate management and teaching cadres.
