Darul Qaza’s establishment approved by the Pak provincial government
He announced the establishment of Darul Qaza (Islamic Supreme Court) in Malakand division.
After the approval of Nizam-e-Adl regulation from the Pakistani parliament that was the next step and it has approved today.
The Provincial Information Minister said the Provincial Government of North Western Pakistan has fulfilled its commitment that it made with the chief of TNSM, Maulana Sufi Muhammad for the peace in Swat valley.
However, now there is no space and logic for the armed struggle of Taliban for Islamic Sharia in Swat valley and other parts of Malakand division.
They should renounce the armed struggle, patrolling the areas and challenging the writ of the government.
Despite the enforcement of Nizam-e-Adl regulation in Malakand division, the Taliban from Swat valley started to move to lower Dir and Buner and they did not stop the display of arms.
Moreover, he said the provincial government enforced Nizam-e-Adl regulation to bring peace and stability and in order the bloodshed in Swat valley.
If the Taliban would not lay down their arms, stop patrolling the areas and display of arms, then the government would establish its writ by force.
He thanked the parliament and the political parties which cast their vote in favor of Nizam-e-Adl regulation.
