Dr. A.Q Khan is a free citizen

 Lahore, Pakistan: A court in Pakistan declared Dr. A.Q Khan a free citizen.

The Lahore high court declared the Pakistani nuclear scientist Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan a free citizen here on Friday.

Dr. A.Q Khan told the court that he was not permitted to visit anywhere and he was kept in illegal detention, however, the court said his movement should not be restricted.
