Mudslinging at websites

I am an Indian script writer , as I wanted to sell my script I went to this particular website  . But instead of the help all I got is lousy comments 

one gentleman wrote to me  I think you're in a little over your head and your expectations are too high.I think I should use this term in connotation with him.

Is it  wrong to desire sucesss i cant understand. when somebody is asking for your help I see many people instead of helping is running down at him people are calling names and writing such bad stuff that a person will lose confidence on humanity .I am pained by such behaviour . It really hurt me

If you can help people help them give constructive criticism . Dont manslaughter them otherwise just keep quiet but dont hurt feelings by calling them names and telling them you will never succeed in your venture . I hope people will learn how to write in websites in a decent manner and not call names or mudsling at each other.
