Pakistani President arrives in Tehran

Tehran, Iran: Pakistani President, Asif Ali Zardari arrives in Tehran today from Islamabad.

He met with his Afghan counterpart, Hamid Karzai and discussed the matters of mutual interest and the war on terror in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

He also met with the Iranian president, Mehmood Ahmad-e-Najad and the discussed the Iran, Pakistan and India gas pipeline project.

He is participating in the ECO conference in Tehran that is staring today and he is representing Pakistan.
