Healthcare Reform Joy in Tarrytown Deli

Unusual joy was observed today at the Tarrytown Deli Inc.  The countermen and woman were smiling and high-fiving each other announcing to the long line of customers "It is signed."    One middle class man summed up the reason for all this joy "Now everyone will be covered." 

At the Tarrytown Deli you can get a good sandwich for under $5 so it is frequented by a wide cross section of the population:  the maintenance workers on the Tappan Zee Bridge, the New York State cops across Broadway and the office workers from 303 South Broadway.
