J&K govt refutes reports denying medical aid to ailing boy

J&K resident Vipul is suffering from a rare sexual organ disorder. He has been taking treatment at AIIMS for six years. It is alleged that while Abdullah govt paid 14 lakhs for his treatment Ghulam Nabi Azad’s regime has refused to pay Rs. 26 lakhs.
