Nagaland: President rule challenged in High Court

Challenging the imposition of President Rule in Nagaland, a writ petition, has been filed today in Guwahati High Court. A division bench comprising Chief Justice Jasti Chelameswar and Justice Ashok Potsangbam issued notice to the union government.
