Ex-Porn Actor Sonny Landham Runs for Kentucky Senate Seat on Libertarian Ticket
Kentucky-based actor Sonny Landham is running for US Senate on the Libertarian ticket, potentially upsetting Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell. Sonny Landham is known for tough guys roles but started out as a pornographic actor, and Sonny Landham's IMDB profile runs back through 1969 with roles in Predator, Miami Vice and 48 Hours.
Sonny Landham considered running for Kentucky's governor seat in 2003 but ultimately backed out. Sonny Landham's record as a porn star was brought up as a potential challenge for the actor.
