The Pak government is examining the Sufi Muhammad’s speech



Islamabad, Pakistan: The chief of a religious organization Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Sharia Muhamadia, and mediator between Pakistani government and Taliban to bring peace in Swat valley, Mualana Sufi Muhammad, in a public gathering in Swat valley yesterday where he criticized the Pakistani courts and the democratic institutions inside the country.


 


It was a peace rally and a mass gathering of the people of war-torn Swat valley, who gathered there to show unity and satisfaction at Nizam-e-Adl regulation that, was passed by the Pakistan’s Parliament, last week.


 


When Rehman Malik, the adviser to interior of Pakistan’s Prime Minister, was asked about the Sufi Muahammad’s remarks about the Pakistan’s judicial system, he responded that the government is closely monitoring the situation in Swat.


 


Therefore we are doing our best to bring peace and stability in Swat valley as well as whole Pakistan.


 


But it is the duty of the provincial government of north western Pakistan to maintain law and order in the province, he added.


 


Eventually, we are evaluating the recording of Maulana Sufi Muhammad’s speech, his remarks about the Supreme Court and democracy in Pakistan, he said.


 


On the other hand, he had meeting with the Pakistani Prime Minister, Yousaf Raza Gillani and he apprised him about the present law and order situation inside the country.
