Budgam/Srinagar,April 01(Scoop News) -   Friendly T-20 cricket match was organised between Army and Media at Bulbul Shah Sports Stadium, Budgam today ,  under the aegis of 12 Sect RR. The pleasant April morning felt warmer and upbeat than the usual, courtesy the bonhomie and cheerful milieu at the stadium. The match was organised with an aim of strengthening the ties between Media and Army and ensuring synergy between the two organizations at the executive level.

            The response was overwhelming and the event witnessed participants in the media team from across the district. The pre-match atmosphere was electrifying with spectators and supporters of both the teams cheering with zeal and vigour. The thrilling proceedings of the friendly match kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. Finally Media XI making a convincing victory against Army XI.

            The match was followed by prize distribution by Commander, 12 Sector RR and DDC Budgam Mohammad Rafi. The initiative of enhancing synergy, cementing trust and ensuring affable relations between Army and Media was appreciated by all.
