Tiger Woods Released from Hospital, 'Is Fine' Says Agent

Professional golfer Tiger Woods has been released from the hospital following treatment for injuried from a car accident, according to Breaking News, a Netherlands-based wire service.

Florida Highway Patrol revealed at 2 PM Friday that Tiger Woods had been in an accident early that morning around 2:30 AM, striking a fire hydrant and then a tree on his neighbor's property.

Authorities said alcohol was not related to the crash, and that Woods was treated for facial lacerations. He was likely going less than 33 mph, as airbags did not deploy on impact.
