Baby Decapitated During Birth

  BAGUIO CITY (Phillipines)  - The head of a baby was cut while being born in a hospital in Baguio City. According to the news, the head of the baby rolled like a ball on the floor of Baguio City General Hospital.

  Meanwhile, the parents of the baby named Army and Bernabe Diaz are grieving and still could not accept the tragedy that happened to their eldest child.

  In the meantime, the couple already sought the help of the authorities to file a case against the hospital. 

  Baguio City General Hospital refused to comment on the said incident.
