Bangor Hydro: Power Systems Functional by Noon

Over 100,000 homes and business were left without power in central Maine this morning after a thunderstorm downed a power substation. Bangor Hydro, the power company responsible for the outages, says that most customers already have their power back and the remaining 1,291 homes will be back on the grid by noon today.
