Bernie Ward to Change Plea

 Former radio host Bernie Ward is expected to change his plea in his Internet child pornography case.

After pleading not guilty in December, Ward is looking to cut a deal with prosecution. Details of what kind of plea have remained mirky as his lawyer, Doron Weinberg, has refused to reveal which charges the plea will affect and if the plea will be guilty or no contest.

Ward, a former host on KGO, has been indicted with sending chlid pornography via the Internet, attempting to send child pornography via the Internet, and knowingly receiving child pornography.
