Dog Abuse on the Rise in Tennessee

Just a couple of days ago in Maryville,Tennessee police found a guy that was abusing dogs.When the police got there they found dead dogs,hurt dogs,and even dogs with their collars grown into their necks.

Leigh Anne Pruiett (a person who was looking for her lost dog) said "how could a person ever do this to animals who are so cute,and so loving.
