Identity Theft Charges to Be Determined Against Immigrants

 The Supreme Court has agreed to debate as to whether illegal immigrants will also face identity theft charges depending on whether or not they use social security and other identification numbers which happen to belong to other people. 

Prosecutors have been launching increasingly serious charges against people picked up on illegal immigration raids.

The Court will now resolve whether or not the defendants must know the identities belong to real people to face the charges.
