CHITRAL:  An other Chitrali person completed his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D degree) in Management sciences. According to detail  Dr. Zia Ullah who belongs to upper Chitral  Torkow Werkup area  has completed his highest academic degree of   Ph D in Management Sciences from  Punjab University (PU). He has the honor to be the 1st Ph D in Management in the 130 year history of Punjab University. A public defense on Ph D dissertation and final viva voce was held on January 03, 2012, Dr. Tariq Siddiqui, Dr. Zafar Iqbal jadoon Professor. Dr. Nasira Jabeen Director & Professor Institute of Administrative Sciences Punjab University. Dr Anwar Chairman Sociology department, Dr Jaafri were also present on the occasion and remarked during the program. Dr Zia Ullah is teaching in government college of management sciences (Commerce College Chitral).
