The Dutch drug policy is based on the general principle of self-determination in matters of the body. In other words it is not illegal to hurt yourself. Experts say that a15 year old smoking cannabis have no idea of the difference between B or C. It’s already illegal for them anyway. What is needed is education about the risks.
