Dy Speaker, Sarjaj Madni resumes chair, attends assembly

Jammu, March 15 (Scoop News) -  Speaker Legislative Assembly,  Mohammad Akbar Lone today convened a meeting of Law Minister,  Ali Mohammad Sagar, Agriculture Minister,  G.H. Mir along with legislator  Harsh Dev Singh and resolved the resignation issue of Dy Speaker,  Sarjaj Madni.

The Members after resolving the issue took  Madni to his Chair in the House which was appreciated by all.

Govt responded promptly to the concerns of Kupwara legislators: Rather

Finance Minister  A.R. Rather informed the House that the Government acted promptly and arranged sorties for the stranded passengers when the issue was raised in the House by the legislators of Kupwara.

He said he will bring into the notice of Chief Minister the issue raised by  N.A. Gurezi and  Sajad Ahmed Kitchloo regarding stranded persons of Gurez and Paddar for appropriate action.
