German Bank Deutsche Says By Next Year Bank Loan Losses Double For USA Commercial Banks

German Bank Deutsche says that by 2010, commerical banks in America will have double the losses that they had in 2008. They also state that the percentage of losses may ever surpass the level of losses that happenend during the Great Depression.

After that report was released early on Monday, the German BKX index fell by 3%.
