In the wake of ousted President Zelaya's return to Honduras, the government has ordered a curfew running from 5:30 PM today to 6 PM tomorrow--more than 24 hours.
According to local reports, supporters smuggled Zelaya into Honduras at about 10:30 AM, hiding him in the Brazilian Embassy. Acting Honduran President Micheletti demanded that Brazil hand over Zelaya, citing "criminal charges."
According to reporters on the ground in the capital, "Zelaya has threatened to overthrow the existing president and take reins of control into the elections."
