Is there any child abuse law in Malaysia?

 A recent video was sited and posted by a few people on facebook. A woman, possibly the baby's mother, physically abusing the little toddler for a whole 4 minutes.

The lady was filmed constantly hitting the toddler with a pillow, slapping, pinching, smacking and kicking.

The barbaric scene of this was disappointing, as the lady filming the whole thing was just watching and asking her to stop, but not actually taking any action in preventing the lady from hitting the toddler.

After approximately three minutes, the toddler crawled toward the lady, who continued to push and hit the toddler.
