JK Govt approves creation of Physiotherapist posts

Jammu, March 8 (Scoop News) - Jammu & Kashmir  State Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister,  Omar Abdullah approved grant of RBA Status in favour of eleven villages in the State these villages are Batwina in Ganderbal district, Baripora in Budgam, Gund Tankipora in Kulgam, Laribar in Pulwama, Srail Chua in Udhampur, Dharalta in Kathua, Sangla in Poonch, Rakiban in Rajouri, Chotipora in Shopian, Panzgam in Pulwama, Kralmad including hamlets Har Kralmad and Wavothora in Anantnag.

The Cabinet also agreed to implement the Jammu and Kashmir Energy Conservation Bill 2011. The Bill will enable the Government to enforce energy auditing of designated consumers, enforce manufacture and use of efficient energy equipment and take punitive measures for violators of energy conservation.

The Cabinet also approved creation of 88 posts of different categories in Home Guards. It also approved creation of posts of Physiotherapists both in Kashmir and Jammu Health Services.

The Cabinet also approved design and construction of Auto mechanically operated Gated Barrage having approximate length of 370 meters and height 4 meters with sluice Gates across River Tawi with RCC base for creation of poundage at Belicharana, Jammu on EPC basis. The Cabinet also approved 9 cases regarding use of forest land for non-forest purposes.
