JK Legislative Assembly business to begin at 10 a m from March 1

Jammu, February 28 (Scoop News) – A meeting of the Business Advisory Committee was held under the chairmanship of Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mohammad Akbar Lone here today.

Threadbare discussion was held on provisional calendar chalked out for the 5th session of the 11th Legislative Assembly. It was unanimously decided that scheduled business from March 1 will start from 10 a.m. sharp henceforth and will conclude at 5 p.m with one hour lunch break at 1.30 p.m.

Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand, Minister for Finance, A.R. Rather, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Mohammad Sagar, Deputy Speaker, Mohammad Sartaj Madani, Legislators, Prof. Chaman Lal Gupta, M.Y. Tarigami, Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan, Hakim Mohammad Yasin, Harsh Dev Singh, Ashwani Kumar Sharma, A.R. Veeri and G.M. Saroori, besides, Secretary Law, G.H. Tantary, Secretary Legislative Assembly, M. Ramzan and other concerned officers of Assembly Secretariat attended the meeting.
