Ladakh gets Conde Nast Traveller’s Readers award

Jammu, December 04 (Scoop News) – Recognizing Leh, Ladakh as one of the best emerging India’s destinations, the Conde Nast Traveller India has honoured this majestic region of Jammu and Kashmir with “Readers’ Travel Award”.

Minister for Tourism and Culture  Nawang Rigzin Jora received this prestigious award from Union Minister for Tourism  Subodh Kant Sahai at an impressive award ceremony held at Leela Palace New Delhi the other day. 

It may be worthwhile to mention here that this was the first annual Readers’ Award ceremony and India’s most discerning and demanding audiences of Conde Nast Traveller, a magazine, have chosen Leh-Ladakh for this honour.
