International has filed a Public Interest Litigation whereby J&K government violating the Supreme Court of India guidelines about not disclosing the name of rape victims, issued a list with name and parentage of rape victims on the Floor of the J&K Legislative Assembly. “SOS International is going to file an urgency memo in the same with prayer to decide the case on priority issuing directions to the government to make the roads safe for the female folk”, he said.
