Regulation for Forced Millitary outraged in Myanmar secretly...

Myanmar Junta declared very openned-secret Regulation for people to serve at army necessarily.

It has been dated Nov.17,2010. But it outraged since a few days ago. They did not declare it in  government's   daily newspapers nor publiucations.

Every personnel have been talked about it everywhere in Yangoin and the whole country.
