Serial Killer Out in Negros
NEGROS OCCIDENTAL - The provincial police office of Negros Occidental was alarmed by the continuous attack of an unidentified individual or group of suspected serial killers who are victimizing students in Silay and Bago City.
Provincial Police Director Senior Supt. Rosendo Franco said that he already assigned 59 new police in the 2 cities to stop the attack of those serial killers.
Aside from the 2 cities, he also assigned additional police in La Carlota City, San Carlos City, Escalante City and Victorias City,
According to Franco, these new police were trained in intelligence operations and have the capacity to track down and pinpoint the enemy.
During the past few days, the last victim of the roaming serial killers is a 22-year old nursing graduate identified as Tara Conlu of Silay City who sustained 23 stab wounds.
Before Conlu, a group of serial killers killed Benedicto Uy, Glover Arac and Loreto Guardario, og Bago City. All of them also sustained stab wounds.
