SRSP vehicle accident 2 died 3 injured

 2 died 3 injured in road mishap.

CHITRAL:  As well as 2 persons were died and 3 other injured critically when a pick up vehicle fell down (plunged) in river on Garamchishma road. According to Station House Officer (SHO) police station Shughoor some 20 KM from here a pick up vehicle of Sarhad Rural Support Program (SRSP) was on its way from Arkari to Garamchishma. When this ill-fated vehicle reached to Andakhti it fell down in deep river because there is no protection bund on road side toward river hence police said that it was over speed and was out of control of the driver and plunged into Lotkoh river. As a result driver of vehicle Ihtiramul Haq and one Muhammad Zohaib  of Drosh died on the spot. While 3 other persons of the same NGO were injured badly. Those who injured were identified as Sajad Elahi of Shams Abad Drosh, Wazir Khan of Garamchishma and Irshad Ali Shah of Mulkho. The injured persons were immediately rushed to Aga Khan Hospital Shughoor where they are under treatment. Condition of one injured is telling serious. It is worth to mention here that the  area where road accident occurred is constituency of provincial minister of population welfare Saleem Khan and Garamchishma is his native town. But roads condition are very dilapidated and there is no side wall, parapet wall or protection bund on road side toward the river and so many human lives have been lost in different road accidents on this road.
