Yao Defen from China is official " World's Tallest Women ".Her height is 7 feet &  8 inches & she weighs 180 Kgs.According to Doctors she is suffering from Pituitary disorder Gigantism.
   39 years old Yao Defen belongs to a poor family who cannot afford her medical treatment therefore she has joined Circus in China to earn her daily bread.
