World's Tallest Man Visits RP

Manila - The world's tallest man, Ijaz Ahmed  visits the Philippines recently. He arrived last Monday,January 5 via Thai Airways. Ahmed,  a Pakistani athlete, arrived yesterday to raise fund for foot injury. He was involved in a car accident a few years ago and sustained a serious right foot injury, thus making it difficult for him to walk.

Two Pakistanis accompanied Ahmed. They were identified as Mohammad Yaseen, promoter, and Jamil Ahmed, caretaker.

Ijaz Ahmed is 26 years old and stands 8 feet 4 inches tall. he weighs 287 lbs. and wears a 22 inches size shoes.
