To avoid redundancy, if you need any background in the Amanda Knox case, please see DENVER or the revised chronicle on Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amanda_knox _______________________________________________________
Here we are, just a few days before two major events in this case:
1. The Final Supreme Court Ruling
2. Amanda’s book release: “Waiting to Be Heard.”
But Amanda and Raffaele are still, and will be, plagued with the sociopaths that relish causing harm to both families for sadistic pleasure.

Part 1: Sociopath Outlined
As previously outlined, “Sociopath” is a label of human characteristics based on sociological values compared to the empirical observations of an individual, it is not a medical diagnosis.
>>>
A sociopath (also known as a psychopath) basically means: A person with no conscience. They have no remorse nor regrets for causing harm or pain to other individuals. But more concisely, sociopaths are smooth, slick, with superficial charm and are verbally agile. They have excessive arrogance inflated directly from their narcissism.
>>>
As an example, to some Italians, Mussolini was obviously a hero to have had such a strong following. But through the eyes of history, Mussolini was just a brutal sociopath.
There is starting to emerge a list of sociopathic characteristics associated with some of the lead members of the Perugian prosecution team. These keys members were involved in the heinous prosecution of two innocent college kids for the murder of Meredith Kercher that they had no involvement with.
Although the lone perpetrator of this odious murder (Rudy Guede) lacks the intelligence to be an actual sociopath, he does embody basic sociopathic traits:
1. No visible regret.
2. No apparent conscience.
3. No empathy or compassion for anyone.
This case is no longer about Rudy Guede’s deranged murder of Meredith Kercher. It is about the Perugian prosecution’s sociopathic style, and the sociopathic followers that have emerged to embrace and relish the opportunity to torment two innocent families.

Part 2: Society’s Responsibility to Correct Injustice
America has had the painful task of investigating and correcting injustice within our society (in a contemporary reverse-chronology, you could start with Watergate and work your way down).
I believe the need for Italy to investigate this case has become obvious. The actions of one or more individuals who’ve abused their Italian constituted authority, or blindly followed malicious orders for the sole purpose of falsely implicating two innocent college students is apparent:
1. Prosecutor: Giuliano Mignini (Leader)
2. Co-prosecutor: Manuela Comodi (Leader)
3. Lead Investigator: Edgardo Giobbi (Follower)
4. Murder-Squad Chief: Monica Napoleoni (Follower)
5. Judge: Giancarlo Massei (Leader)
6. Forensics Consultant: Dr. Patrizia Stefanoni (Follower)
An investigation by Italy needs to isolate these six primary participants for questioning about their participation of the illicit persecution of Amanda Knox. (This was not a prosecution, it was clearly a sadistic persecution.)
Note: Rudy Guede must also be isolated for specific questioning. His extensive record of arrests and consequential releases indicate a pattern of preferential treatment.
Co-prosecutor Manuela Comodi was a co-leader of a major bust of drug dealers in Perugia, August of 2006. Was Rudy Guede one of the key informants for Manuela Comodi?
Let’s face it, if Rudy Guede was involved at any level, that would have been a conflict of interest for Comodi to have been involved in this murder case. Comodi must have been FURIOUS at Mignini for dragging her into this case. If she had used Rudy as an informant previously, helping Mignini to get Rudy cleared would have gotten her some serious prison time.
Likewise, it seems obvious that Rudy Guede had a banner year of arrests in 2007 (including felony assault) that he walked away from, scot-free. He was obviously feeling untouchable by the time he got to the night of November 1st, 2007.
In light of the circumstances, the possibility that Rudy Guede was a privileged police informant is the responsibility of Italy to investigate and answer.

Part 3: Circumstantial Evidence
As Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini and Judge Giancarlo Massei seem to love Circumstantial Evidence , let’s look at some eerie coincidences:
September 27th, 2007:
Rudy Guede broke into Christian Tremontano’s home. When Christian confronted the intruder, Rudy Guede pulled a knife on the man before escaping. Christian spotted Rudy Guede a few days later and identified him to the police, nothing was done.
October 13th, 2007:
The Law Offices of Paolo Brocchi were burglarized. A notebook computer, a few cell phones, several USB memory sticks and a printer had been stolen. The alarm had been disabled, then a rock thrown through a rear window for entry. The glass was played with and moved, just like the broken glass in Filomena’s room on the night of November 1st, 2007.
The law offices also had three coats thrown on the floor, just like the cloths thrown on the floor in Filomena’s room on the night of November 1st, 2007.
Note: One has to wonder if Rudy was instructed to target that law office to retrieve computer information on pending litigation for the mischievous Perugian prosecution team. Were the USB memory sticks that were never retrieved used to copy sensitive information off the hard drive? A mini-Watergate so to speak?
October 23rd, 2007:
Maria Mandu Diaz, who lived next door to Rudy had her house burglarized and vandalized with stuff thrown on the floor. Ultimately, the house was set on fire, and that fire also killed her precious cat. Her despair was from losing her loving cat and a stolen gold watch which had been passed down to her from her mother.
October 27th, 2007:
Rudy Guede broke into a Milan nursery school. Maria Del Prato called the police, Rudy Guede was arrested. The police searched his backpack to find:
1. A large kitchen knife he’d stolen from the nursery school kitchen.
2. A laptop and cell phone identified as property of the Law Offices of Paolo Brocchi.
3. A woman’s gold watch. I can not find verification that it is the same gold watch, the prosecution team is very good a burying incriminating evidence. But I’m sure Maria Diaz is happy to have her mother’s watch back.
Rudy Guede was simply released from custody (no charges) and “encouraged” to return the notebook PC to the law office. (What a happy ending.)
Rudy Guede has obviously been given immunity from prosecution for unknown reasons.

Part 4: Final Supreme Court Ruling
We are now entering the final Italian Supreme Court ruling on what is commonly called: “The Amanda Knox Case.” On March 25th, 2013, the Italian Supreme Court will evaluate the proceedings from the Appeals Trial of October 3rd, 2011.
The Italian Supreme Court will NOT be reviewing any of the skewed evidence or the whimsical testimony of any drug addicts. Rather, the court will only be evaluating the competency/legality of the proceedings conducted by the Honorable Judge Claudio Pratillo Hellmann.
I have no insight as to the systematic process of the Italian Judicial System, but I would not be surprised if Judge Hellman was appointed to their Supreme Court someday.
In other words, I sincerely doubt they will find Judge Hellmann incompetent. _________________________________________________________
Part 5: Dehumanization of Amanda Knox
The Supreme Court final ruling will put a close to the Italian legalities of this case.
But it is just the beginning of the epic story of what Amanda endured in her four years in an Italian prison that will inevitably pursue after her book is released. When America finally gets to see first hand what “the girl next door” was subjected to in one small, but corrupt part of Italy, an adjuration for answers from Italy will become loud and clear.
What is even more dramatic is why it manifested into an international catastrophe for the Italian Judicial System.
The overwhelming DNA evidence that there was only one demented soul involved in this brutal and sexually perverted murder, Rudy Guede, is indisputable. But it has become blatantly obvious that this entire ordeal has been propagated by a “real sociopath” within Perugia‘s judicial system.
The methodical dehumanization of an innocent school girl was to cover for a reason unknown.
Rudy Guede’s adoptive family is apparently a good and honest family, but they are also rich and influential. Through the years of the family’s contact with high ranking Perugian Judicial Officials, did Rudy receive preferential treatment?
Or, as mentioned above, was there an established relationship as a drug informant that was highly beneficial to a high ranking official’s career aspirations?
So speaking of preferential treatment in this case, Rudy Guede was merely labeled by the prosecution as a “drifter.” He got a segregated trial so he could not be cross examined by Knox’s defense lawyers. He got a reduced sentence. He was pampered throughout the entire process.
Amanda, on the other hand, was literally dehumanized, both in court and in the media as:
” Luciferina, She-Devil, Whore, Witch, Angel Face, Diavola (she devil), Temptress, Lilith, Jezebel, Slut, Half Demon, Dirty Inside and Out, Diabolical, Party Girl, Evil, Violent, Dangerous, Jealous, Mean, Uncaring, Evil Incarnate, Compulsive Liar, Evil Fox, Sex Crazed Killer, Lesbian, Icicle Eyes, Graphomaniac, Demonic, Satanic, Diabolical She Devil, Promiscuous, Witch of Deception, (wears a) Mask of Deception, Mask of an Imposter, Cunning, Muddy on the Outside & Dirty on the Inside, Actress, Likes Hot Wild Sex, Histrionic, Face of a Naive Doll, Slovenly, Comes from a Family of Nazi Propagandists, Spell Casting Witch, Virtuoso of Deception, Dissolute, Half Maria Goretti & Half Demon.”
*Graphomaniac? Is that like Ernest Hemingway?
*Likes Hot Wild Sex? As opposed to: Likes Limp Dull Boring Sex?
*A Witch? Is that the old: “tie them to a chair and drown them in the river” test?
Giuliano Mignini used this psychology of abomination to create an unparalleled campaign of hatred towards Amanda Knox. Through “leaks” to the British tabloids with superfluous rhetoric and malicious language, Mignini tried to create a vision of a Satanic Ritual.
But Rudy Guede, the guy who actually committed the murder of Meredith Kercher was just a lonely, misguided, good natured drifter?
This is by all ethical and moral standards, inappropriate conduct by a prosecution team empowered with the fate of human-beings.

Part 6: Defense of Amanda
Many highly educated, successful and respected Americans came to the defense of Amada. That proves America is a country of honor and loyalty to its citizens, by its citizens.
Likewise, virtually every single high-profile Knox supporter has been targeted by a ruthless hate campaign designed to destroy their careers and their lives if possible. This level of “organized” anarchy of targeted destruction is paralleled by only a few organizations capable of funding and organizing such focused abhorrence.
Raffaele was clearly just “collateral damage” as an Italian boy from another Italian jurisdiction, not part of the local Perugian “Family.” In Italy, Italians from different parts of the country are seen as “foreign” as foreigners are. It’s an age old provincial mentality that is entrenched into the fabric of Italian society that is hard to shake.
Look at the findings of retired Special Agent Steve Moore of the FBI, the world’s finest intelligence agency.
In 2009, Agent Moore invested his own time to research all the released material pertaining to this case.
The physical evidence versus the anfractuous story of the prosecution were obviously in total contradiction as meticulously outlined by retired Agent Moore.
(Professional Opinion by Steve Moore)
Then in 2011, Agent Moore traveled to Perugia, again on his own time, at his own expense, to be present at the Appeals Trial in Perugia. Many American citizens contributed whole heartedly to the exoneration of Amanda and Raffaele on October 3rd, 2011, but no one person sacrificed more to seeing the culmination of a fair trial than Agent Steve Moore.
Mr. Moore has dedicated his life to the protection of America through his service in the FBI. His work has been documented worldwide including featured articles on major American news outlets:
Mr. Moore has a spine of steel, a heart of gold and is an American patriot. He has a great book outlining his pursuit of ensuring security for America and his personal challenges obtaining those goals: (Special Agent Man: My Life in the FBI as a Terrorist Hunter, Helicopter Pilot, and Certified Sniper)
The best way Americans can say thank you for such selfless determination to free Amanda and Raffaele is to buy his book.
(OK, I’m an Amazon junkie, but their shipping is free on this book.)

Part 7: Amanda was used as a Decoy
Amanda Knox was clearly the central focus of the prosecution to create a diversion from their main agenda, to clear the lone killer, Rudy Guede.
The possible scenarios I’ve outlined in previous articles (Conspiracy and Proven) have a high degree of probability today.
After refreshing your memories, I would like to add one more possible scenario to the two previous outlines.
It is apparent to me that the DNA results, especially the Proven results were purposely delayed to allow the Patrick Lumumba scenario to complete the illusion. (Conspiracy)
But unlike the Proven scenario, it may well have been Rudy himself, or one of Rudy’s friends that first contacted their internal police connection on the night of the murder (November 1st, or in the wee hours of the morning November 2nd, 2007).
Let’s face it, it was the prosecution that outlined the cozy relationship they had with Rudy’s little buddy, Giacomo Benedetti.
It is my speculation that they had known Giacomo Benedetti longer than a couple of days (why not a couple of years?) They had a complete wire-tap setup to allow Giacomo to do a taped interview with Rudy once they were ready to have Rudy return to Perugia. They were ready to release Patrick Lumumba as they could no longer hold him. Before they were ready for Rudy to return to Perugia, they needed Rudy on tape reciting the alibi they would use in court to mitigate his involvement.
They said Rudy did not know he was being taped, but they never said they did not participate in rehearsing a script that Rudy had obviously rehearsed with Giacomo.
If Italy does its due diligence and investigates this legal quagmire, the taped interview with Rudy will reveal an obvious corollary to a rehearsed script:
On page 6: (from the taped interview)
Rudy: When we got there, I don’t know what happened, but she said “damn”.
*MY OBSERVATION: A totally normal comment and sentence structure.*
Giacomo: something about money you were telling me about?
*MY OBSERVATION: Giacomo obviously had memorized what Rudy was suppose to say before Rudy could say it.*
Rudy: “The money is gone! The money is gone!”… and she added [detto] “when Amanda comes back, I have to talk to her”. Because they had quarreled in the evening, because of problems that…Amanda smokes, she smokes…a lot and they quarreled.
*MY OBSERVATION: In a normal conversation, like in the first line above, Rudy would have prefaced the “punch-line” with something like: I heard Meredith screaming “The money is gone …”
But this was rehearsed and Rudy was anxious to perform his punch-line.*
Giacomo: So you think that, like, she took her money for…
*MY OBSERVATION: Again, Giacomo is obviously leading Rudy.*
Rudy: no, wait, let me get there, after…
*MY OBSERVATION: Rudy had memorized the story in sequential order as Giacomo had practiced with him, Rudy got frustrated when being pushed to adlib the script.*
Giacomo: sorry.
>>>
Examined in its entirety, everything about the prosecution’s involvement needs to be examined. Even in Rudy’s “secretly” taped interview (ya right, secretly), it was the prosecution running the show for Rudy’s mitigating tale of sorrow. ______________________________________________________________
Part 8: Amanda’s Perpetual Harassment: “Find the Killer” Game
Since my first articles, I’ve been predicting the probability that Amanda (and Raffaele in Italy) will be perpetually harassed for life unless Italy does its moral obligation to investigate this case.
Case in point:
(A formal outline of this documented incident will be forth coming by the proper authorities investigating a recent harassment incident of Amanda.)
This is just a brief outline that highlights the need for a conclusive and decisive resolve from Italy.
At a school where Amanda attends, approximately ten students started a game called: “Find the Killer.” The object was to take a picture of Amanda and post it on their twitter account. I do not have a clue as to what level of malice the students originally intended, but it’s still a form of bullying and harassment.
But I do know that a local west-coast sociopath (not attending the school, he is probably older than the school itself) was involved to the point of obtaining one of the photos and posting it on a notorious, anti-Amanda hate site.
Sociopaths thrive on bullying. Incidents like this one need to be investigated and malicious activity prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
____________________________________________________________
Part 9: Italy‘s Duty to Investigate
The on-going harassment of Amanda Knox is undoubtedly going to continue unless Italy fulfills its moral obligation to elucidate the exact scenario that Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini orchestrated to create this whimsical satanic tale.
Three families have been devastated by Mignini’s unethical and illegally manifested, epic story of a fabricated satanic ritual that was all “rubber stamped” by Judge Giancarlo Massei.
I am no more shy about speculating on obvious possibilities based on empirical observation than Mignini is about speculating on satanic rituals floating around in his delusional day-dreams.
At least I have the sanity to call it speculation, Mignini calls it “Circumstantial Evidence.”
If Italy investigates as they should, I believe they will find Mignini as only a middle man. Merely middle management that has been called upon for his imaginative prosecution scenarios that he has become famous for employing as outlined in the book: The Monster of Florence.
Ultimately, Judge Massei was the top dog in this case. He decided who strategically led the prosecution team, they worked directly for him. Judge Massei was directly responsible for ensuring that every whimsical piece of evidence presented by the prosecution was verified to be 100% plausible by anyone with an IQ under 30.
The followers of this corrupt prosecution team could have faced stiff penalties for not following the orders of Prosecutor Mignini.
Manuela Comodi seems to be up to her eyeballs in railroading two innocent kids to protect Rudy Guede. Was Rudy an informant for Comodi?
Lead investigator Edgardo Giobbi was told what to look for, and what to find, “no variations.”
Murder-squad chief Monica Napoleoni has always been a good little soldier. She actually relishes opportunities to bully her feminine competition.
This picture of her in a see-through blouse with a black bra, playing an angel in a public restaurant, sitting between the legs of her boss, accentuates the point: (larger view above)
Let us not forget forensics expert, Dr. Patrizia Stefanoni.
Dr. Stefanoni is a contractor, a hired gun, a paid assassin in the court room.
She took a tiny piece of Rye bread on a kitchen knife and turned it into courtroom evidence as the knife used as “the murder weapon” that was beyond scientific reproach.
But it was “reproached” by two super-stars in the academic world of DNA forensics at the La SapienzaUniversity of Rome, Professor Carla Vecchiotti and her colleague Stefano Conti ( The Conti-Vecchiotti Report).
Dr. Stefanoni simply downplayed their findings as, (IN MY WORDS) performed by two neophytes, two incompetents, proverbial nincompoops…
(No discernable megalomania here, huh?)
Beyond Amanda, you just have to wonder how many innocent people are in prison because of Dr. Stefanoni’s lack of ethics?
But Giuliano Mignini still takes the cake for the Sociopath of the Year award.
A brilliant investigative producer for 48 Hours (on CBS), Doug Longhini summarized the situation by the Perugian prosecution team humorously and precisely:
“There is a desperate, and often ill-advised, gambling strategy called doubling-down. More and more, it seems to have become the strategy of choice by Italian prosecutors in their case against American student Amanda Knox. If you are losing big, raise the stakes!”
Mignini is still threatening a life sentence for Amanda (A Sociopath’s Dream).
Now is the time for Italy to look past some superficial medieval code of honor and investigate the malicious persecution (and prosecution) of two innocent students for the murder of Meredith Kercher.
The Kercher family deserves the truth!
The Knox and Sollecito families have endured enough of this grave injustice!
_____________________________________________________________
Italy, you are entering a cultural transformation into the 21st century.
No more demeaning of women in your court rooms!
Mignini exhibits the characteristics of a misogynist in the courtroom (described above).
Just last week, women gathered in Rome on Valentine’s Day for the “One Billion Rising” protest against misogynist violence in Italy. That also means the abuse of power to demean, persecute and crucify innocent young women in the court room.
Italy, the time to act is now because:
For Prosecutor Giuliano Mignini, this was a “Sociopath’s Picnic!”
