An unbelievable day from start to finish!   I started out at 7:45 walking my kids to school and interviewing them and another chaperone about their feelings. Then off to my first polling place.  I spoke to a brand new citizen, children waiting with their parents, one man who voted first for Eisenhower!  Everyone was wonderful, enthusiastic and excited.  There were lines all over the place.
